She’s led everything from proposal strategy for defense contractors to CRM overhauls for startups. Always with an eye toward efficiency, sustainability, and ease.
As the founder of Green Gal Collective, she brings a horticulturist’s patience and a strategist’s precision to every engagement, cultivating the structure and momentum teams need to thrive.

Data Architect & Resident Logic Engineer
Aaron Rosenberg brings precision and perspective to every system he touches. As a lead engineer and data strategist, he transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. With nearly a decade of experience supporting Department of Defense programs, Aaron specializes in cost modeling, statistical analysis, and building tools that make massive amounts of data actually make sense.
Armed with degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and an active Secret Clearance, he has led multidisciplinary teams through contract negotiations worth billions while developing automation and database systems that save time, money, and sanity.
Whether he is optimizing workflows, mentoring analysts, or building predictive models, Aaron approaches his work with the same mindset he brings to every problem: thoughtful design, clean data, and no unnecessary variables.

Chief Morale Officer
Winston Bishop serves as Green Gal Collective’s Chief Morale Officer, overseeing all matters related to team spirit, midday walks, and snack quality control. A proud Swedish Valhhund , Winston brings centuries of herding instincts to the modern workplace, keeping the team focused, the vibes high, and stress levels low.
When he is not conducting hallway check-ins or joining web calls uninvited, Winston can be found napping strategically between meetings and lobbying for earlier lunch breaks. His leadership philosophy is simple: stay grounded, stay playful, and never skip a walk.
