Armed with degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and an active Secret Clearance, he has led multidisciplinary teams through contract negotiations worth billions while developing automation and database systems that save time, money, and sanity.

A proud Swedish Valhhund , Winston brings centuries of herding instincts to the modern workplace, keeping the team focused, the vibes high, and stress levels low.

When he is not conducting hallway check-ins or joining web calls uninvited, Winston can be found napping strategically between meetings and lobbying for earlier lunch breaks. His leadership philosophy is simple: stay grounded, stay playful, and never skip a walk.
